Regan started out as a student of Shamira’s at Belly Dance Arabesque in 2001. She fell in love with the studio and Belly Dancing with her passion taking her to train and perform all over the world. She has taken workshops with many leading teachers and gained her General Skills and Teaching Certifications with Carolena Nericcio in 2009, Yoga Teacher Certification in 2012 and advanced Teacher Training in 2015 along with Level 1 in the Unmata ITS format in 2013. 
Regan loves the diversity of Belly Dance with her main loves being Modern and Classical Belly Dance, ATS, Fusion and Turkish Romani combined with a calling for her Yoga practice. She regularly performs at private and corporate events and festivals in Adelaide and Interstate. In 2010 she travelled to America to train and perform in Colorado and California.  
Regan is the founder and director of Divine Elements Belly Dance Company, a successful Belly Dance Arts performance group who were invited to Avignon France in 2011 to perform a 14 show season at the Festival Le Off. In 2011 she became principal and owner of the Belly Dance Arabesque Studio in Adelaide and is dedicated to the art of Belly Dance and sharing not only the technical aspects but the joy of it in a professional, friendly, supportive and fun environment. Morning Yoga practice to start your dance day 
This yoga practice is specifically designed to help you start your day of workshops in the best shape possible. The 30 minute practice will include breath and movement integration, stretches, balance and centring, and asana flow. Prepare your body and mind to be clear and ready to get the best out of your workshops. A yoga mat is not essential but if you have one bring it along. All Levels

Dip your toes into the world of UNMATA ITS, the Improvised Tribal Style format created by Amy Sigil of the USA. In this workshop you will learn some of the basics and why it is different to ATS. The steps you learn can be slotted into any other Improvised format or taken and used in choreography. This style is modern and edgy, are you up for the challenge?! LEVEL: Beyond Beginner to Advanced
